Is the registration fee refundable?
Unfortunately, all registration fees are non-refundable once processed. However, substitutions can be made up to 14 days before the event.
Will there be transport provided from Dar es Salaam city center?
Yes, official shuttle buses will route between City Centre and Mloganzila Campus daily. The schedule will be emailed to registered delegates.
Do I need a hardcopy of my e-poster?
No, e-posters will strictly be displayed on the digital interactive boards in the Exhibition Hall. Ensure you upload the softcopy by June 9th.
Can I pay my registration fee on-site?
We strongly encourage online payment via the portal to secure your spot. On-site registration is subject to a 20% late fee surcharge.
